مقایسه هزینه و زمان ساخت رویه بتن غلتکی و آسفالتی (مطالعه موردی شهر شیراز)

چکیده

با توجه به افزایش هزینه‌ها و مخاطرات زیست محیطی در سیستم راهسازی بوسیله قیر و آسفالت، ضرورت دارد تا دستگاه های دولتی و پیمانکاران فعال به سمت یافتن روش های بهینه، سوق داده شوند. راهسازی در کلان‌شهرها باید حداقل آلودگی و خطرات زیست محیطی، تسریع در زمان بهره‌برداری و کاهش اخلال در نظم ترافیک شهری به همراه داشته باشند. در‌این تحقیق با رویکرد امکان سنجی و مقایسه ساخت راهسازی با سیستم بتن غلتکی و قیر-آسفالت در شهر شیراز بررسی انجام گرفته است. این مقایسه شامل مدت زمان و هزینه ساخت و بهسازی راه آسفالتی و بتن غلتکی با نرم‌افزار MSProject2016 برای یک معبر به عرض 12 متر و طول 1000 متر مفروض گردیده است. مبنای طراحی این مسیر نشریه 354 راهسازی و نیز مبنای متره برآورد فهرست بها راه، باند، فرودگاه 1399 و با فرض دسترسی به نزدیک ترین معادن و منابع شهر شیراز انتخاب شده است. در ادامه به بررسی 25 طرح اختلاط مربوط به ساخت بتن غلتکی به استناد از سایر مراجع معتبر جهت بررسی شاخص مقاومت/هزینه برای ساخت یک متر مکعب بتن غلتکی اقدام گردید. نتایج ‌این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از سیستم بتن غلتکی تا 24 درصد ارزان‌تر و نیز مدت زمان ساخت آن تا 38 درصد سریع‌تر از نمونه آسفالتی می‌باشد.

Due To The Increase In Costs And Environmental Hazards In The Road Construction System By Bitumen And Asphalt, It Is Necessary To Direct Government Agencies And Active Contractors To Find Optimal Methods. Road Construction In Metropolitan Areas Should Have Minimal Pollution And Environmental Hazards, Accelerate Operation Time And Reduce Disruption Of Urban Traffic Order. In This Research, With The Feasibility Approach And Comparison Of Road Construction With Roller Concrete And Bitumen-Asphalt System In Shiraz Has Been Investigated. This Comparison Includes The Time And Cost Of Construction And Improvement Of Asphalt Roads And Roller Concrete With Msproject2016 Software For A 12-Meter-Wide And 1000-Meter-Long Passageway. The Design Basis Of This Route Is 354 Road Construction Magazine And Also The Quantity Surveying And Estimating Basis For Measuring, The Price List Of Roads, Runways, Airports In 1399 And Assuming Access To The Nearest Mines And Resources Of Shiraz City Has Been Selected. Then, 25 Mixing Plans Related To Roller Concrete Construction Were Reviewed, Citing Other Reputable Sources, To Evaluate The Strength / Cost Index For The Construction Of One Cubic Meter Of Roller Concrete. The Results Of This Study Showed That The Use Of Roller Concrete System Is Up To 24% Cheaper And Its Construction Time Is Up To 38% Faster Than Asphalt Sample.
