تاثیر لایه HPFRCC روی پانل های پیش ساخته در رفتار خمشی تیرهای بتن مسلح
در دهه های اخیر استفاده از کامپوزیت های سیمانی مسلح با الیاف توانمند(HPFRCC) در بهبود عملکرد سازه های بتن مسلح و مقاوم سازی اعضای آن ها گسترش زیادی یافته است. مصالح HPFRCC تحت بارگذاری کششی، رفتار سخت شوندگی کرنش از خود بروز داده و تا رسیدن به کرنش های نسبتا زیاد کشش وارده را تحمل می کند و در نتیجه باعث افزایش مقاومت کششی و جذب انرژی سازه می شود. در این مقاله، به بررسی تحلیلی رفتار تیر بتن آرمه دارای پانل های پیش ساخته HPFRCC پرداخته شده است. پس از صحت سنجی نمونه ها با نتایج آزمایشگاهی تجربی، تیرهای بتن مسلح و تیر بتن مسلح دارای یک لایه مصالح HPFRCC بصورت جایگزین بتن و نمونه هایی با پانل های پیش ساخته به ضخامت های 20 و 40 و 60 میلیمتر که به زیر تیر وصله شده اند توسط نرم افزار اجزای محدود ABAQUS مدلسازی و بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از پانل HPFRCC موجب افزایش شکل پذیری تیر، نسبت به تیر بتنی، به طور متوسط به میزان 36% و نسبت به تیر بتنی تقویت شده با HPFRCC به صورت لایه جایگزین، به میزان %15.55 شده است. میزان انرژی جذب شده تیر دارای پانل به صورت وصله نسبت به تیر دارای یک لایه تحتانی HPFRCC، %39 افزایش یافته است.

ارزیابی تاثیر رفتار لرزهای اتصالات مفصلی و گیردار در سازههای بتن مسلح براساس تغییر درصد آرماتور طولی در مقطع تیر
اتصالات تیر - ستون در قابهای بتن مسلح از جمله عناصر کلیدی در تعیین رفتار سازه در مقابل انواع بارها میباشد. نقش این اتصالات در مقابل بارهای جانبی بخصوص رخدادهای قوی لرزهای بسیار مهم بوده و رفتار سازههای بتن مسلح در زلزله های گذشته نشان میدهد که اتصالات تاثیر قابل توجهی در میزان و شدت خرابیهای حاصله داشتهاند. از سوی دیگر تجارب بدست آمده در زلزلههای گذشته منجر به در نظر گرفتن تمهیدات جدید طراحی اتصال در آیین نامههای فعلی شده است. علی رغم اهمیت اتصالات مفصلی و همچنین استفاده فراوان از آنها در سازههای فولادی، به علت عدم وجود جزئیات مطمئن کاربرد آنها در سازههای بتنی بسیار اندک است. در این مقاله رفتار اتصالات در قابهای بتنی ساختمانی در دو حالت گیردار و مفصلی و برای درصدهای مختلف تسلیح مقطع تیر در محیط نرم افزار ABAQUS مدلسازی شده و مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که با افزایش درصد آرماتورهای طولی در مقطع تیر در حالت استفاده از اتصالات گیردار منجر به افزیش شکل پذیری اتصال گردیده است. با این حال با افزایش درصد آرماتور و ثابت ماندن ابعاد هندسی تیر در نهایت شکل پذیری به تدریج دچار کاهش شده است.همچنین با افزایش درصد آرماتور در مقطع تیر در حالت استفاده از اتصالات مفصلی منجر به افزیش ظرفیت نهایی اتصال به صورت پیوسته ولی بسیار تدریجی میگردد.

بررسی اثر استئارات کلسیم بر مشخصات بتن خودتراکم
انتقال رطوبت و یونهای مخرب همراه با آن ازجمله عوامل اصلی تهدیدکننده دوام سازههای بتنی میباشند. افزودنیهای نم بند مانند استئارات کلسیم میتوانند با ایجاد یکلایه آبگریز در سطح منافذ مویینه، ورود آب به داخل بتن را محدود کرده و بدین طریق دوام سازههای بتنی را بهبود بخشند. بر این اساس، در این پژوهش اثر استئارات کلسیم بر مشخصات بتن خودتراکم در حالتهای تازه و سختشده بررسی شده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان میدهد که در حالت بتن تازه، چگالی، قابلیت پرکنندگی و قابلیت عبور بتن خودتراکم در صورت استفاده از این افزودنی کاهش مییابد، اما این ماده بر افت اسلامپ بتن خودتراکم اثر محسوسی نمیگذارد. یافتههای پژوهش در بخش مشخصات مکانیکی حاکی از کاهش در مقاومت فشاری و چگالی بتن سختشده میباشد. نهایتاً، بررسی پارامترهای دوامی نشان میدهد که گرچه این مواد تأثیر قابلملاحظهای بر مقاومت الکتریکی، جذب آب کلی و ضریب مهاجرت تسریعشده یونهای کلراید نمیگذارند، اما استفاده این مواد، جذب آب مویینه و جذب آب حجمی را بهشدت کاهش میدهد؛ بطوریکه، در صورت استفاده از 7 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب استئارات کلسیم، عمق نهایی نفوذ مویینه، جذب آب نیمساعته و سهروزه را به ترتیب 60%، 65% و 13% کاهش مییابند.

بررسی تأثیر الیاف شیشه روی خواص مکانیکی کامپوزیتهای سیمانی
این تحقیق به خواص مکانیکی مخلوطهای پایه سیمانی مسلح شده با الیاف شیشه میپردازد. خواص مکانیکی موردبررسی شامل مقاومت فشاری، مقاومت نهایی خمشی چهار نقطهای، چقرمگی، مقاومت کششی نهایی، ضربه و جمع شدگی میباشد. در مخلوطهای موردمطالعه سیمان پرتلند و آلومینات کلسیم بهعنوان عامل چسباننده در ساختار استفادهشدهاند. نمونههای حاوی ۲ و ۴ درصد (درصدی از حجم کل مخلوط) الیاف شیشه که نسبت طول به قطر آن برابر 1925 میباشد، استفادهشده است. بر اساس آزمونهای صورت گرفته، نتایج حاکی از آن است که مخلوطهای ساختهشده باسیمان آلومینات کلسیم مقاومت فشاری بیشتری نسبت به مخلوطهای ساختهشده باسیمان پرتلند دارند. همچنین با افزودن الیاف شیشه به مخلوطها مقاومت خمشی تا حدود 32% در 28 روز نسبت به نمونه کنترل افزایش یافته است. اضافه کردن الیاف شیشه نیز در هر دو نوع سیمان سبب بهبود مقاومت کششی، چقرمگی و ضربه میشود و باعث کاهش جمع شدگی نیز میگردد که جمع شدگی سیمانهای آلومینات کلسیم ( CAC) قدری کمتر از سیمان پرتلند میباشد.

تحلیل عددی ستون های CFST تحت بار سیکلی جانبی و تعیین تاثیر مقاومت فشاری بتن و ضخامت ورق فولادی
بتن ماده ای است که به دلیل کارایی و مقاومت فشاری زیاد کاربرد گسترده ای در مهندسی عمران دارد. مقاومت کم بتن در برابر تنش های کششی، به ویژه در محصوریت پایین ضرورت استفاده از سیستم های مرکب فولاد و بتن را فراهم می کند. در ستون های فولادی پر شده با بتن(CFST)، محصوریت بتن توسط فولاد تامین شده و کمانش موضعی فولاد به وسیله ی هسته ی بتنی بهبود می یابد. در این پژوهش ابتدا با استفاده از روش اجزای محدود نرم افزار آباکوس نتایج عددی ستون CFST با نتایج آزمایشگاهی موجود مقایسه شده و از درستی مدل سازی، اطمینان حاصل شده است. سپس اثر تغییر ضخامت جداره ی مقطع فولادی و مقاومت فشاری بتن بر رفتار ستون های CFST مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای در نظر گرفتن اثر تغییر این پارامترها از 9 مدل ستون CFST با سه ضخامت متفاوت جداره ی مقطع فولادی و سه مقاومت فشاری مختلف بتن استفاده شد. رفتار غیرخطی فولاد با استفاده از مدل سخت شوندگی مرکب که شامل سخت شوندگی ایزوتروپیک و سینماتیک می باشد مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روابط و نمودارهای تنش-کرنش و پارامترهای خرابی فشاری و کششی بتن به طورکامل شرح داده شده است. تاثیر افزایش ضخامت فولاد و مقاومت بتن بر جذب انرژی سازه، سختی اولیه و ظرفیت ستون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتایج تحلیل، تاثیر افزایش ضخامت جداره ی مقطع فولادی در عملکرد ستون های CFST نسبت به افزایش مقاومت بتن قابل توجه می باشد. بررسی ظرفیت جذب انرژی و تغییر مقاومت نهایی ستون های CFST نشان می دهد که اثر تغییر مقاومت فشاری بتن برای مدل های با فولاد محصورکننده ی با ضخامت کمتر قابل توجه می باشد. در مقاطع فولادی با ضخامت زیاد جداره، تغییرمقاومت فشاری بتن تاثیر زیادی در جذب انرژی نداشته و مقاومت ستون را به مقدار کمی افزایش می دهد. در نتیجه برای بهبود عملکرد سازه های دارای ستون های CFST از لحاظ جذب انرژی، سختی و ظرفیت مطلوب است از مقاطع فولادی با ضخامت مناسب جداره و بتن با مقاومت معمولی استفاده شود.

رفتار تیر بتن مسلح مقاوم سازی شده با مصالح HPFRCC
مواد مرکب سیمانی مسلح الیافی توانمند (HPFRCC) مصالحی هستند که به سبب وجود الیاف و ساز و کار پل زدن آنها، دارای رفتار سختشوندگی کرنشی کششی بوده و قابلیت تشکیل ترکهای چندگانه را دارند. این مصالح توانمند، فاقد مصالح سنگی درشت دانه بوده و الیاف به شکل تصادفی داخل آن توزیع میشود. در این مقاله بر مبنای یک کار آزمایشگاهی، از لایههای HPFRCC با ضخامت، طول و مقاومتهای فشاری و کششی مختلف برای مقاوم سازی یک تیر بتن آرمه استفاده گردیده و با استفاده از روش اجزای محدود، تاثیر این متغیرها بر ظرفیت خمشی این تیر، بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که افزایش مقاومت فشاری و کششی لایهی تقویتی HPFRCC تاثیر چندانی بر ظرفیت تیر ندارد. همچنین افزایش ضخامت و طول لایههای HPFRCC، بار نهایی و شکلپذیری نمونهها را افزایش میدهد. شکلپذیری نمونهای که به طور کامل از مصالح HPFRCC تشکیل شده است، نسبت به نمونه مرجع بتن مسلح، حدود 39 % افزایش مییابد.

بتن خودتراکم امتیازهای ویژهای از جمله قابلیت روانی و پرکنندگی زیاد، بی نیازی به لرزاندن و تراکم بهتر را نسبت به بتن معمولی دارد، لکن این مزایا معمولاً با افزایش مقدار حجم خمیر مخلوط قابل دستیابی است. از این رو، حجم خمیر بتنهای خودتراکم یکی از مهمترین مشخصههای این نوع بتن میباشد. در این تحقیق، به منظور بررسی خواص تازه و سخت شده بتن خودتراکم با حجم خمیرهای متفاوت، سه عیار مواد سیمانی ( 450، 495 و 540 کلیوگرم بر متر مکعب ) با نسبت آب به مواد سیمانی ثابت ساخته شد. همچنین در عیارهای مواد سیمانی 495 و 540 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب، به ترتیب 9 و 17 درصد زئولیت جایگزین سیمان شد تا اثر این ماده به عنوان یک پوزولان روی خواث بتن تازه و سختشده بررسی شود. نتایج آزمایشها نشان میدهد که افزایش عیار مواد سیمانی بتن خودتراکم از 450 به 540 کیلوگرم بر متر مکعب در یک نسبت آب به مواد سیمانی ثابت، تأثیر قابل ملاحظهای بر مقاومت فشاری بتن ندارد، اما جداشدگی را افزایش میدهد. همچنین نتایج آزمایش قیف V نشان میدهد که این افزایش عیار مواد سیمانی در نسبت آب به مواد سیمانی برابر، اثر قابل توجهی روی لزجت بتن ندارد اما جایگزین کردن بخشی از سیمان با زئولیت، لزجت بتن خودتراکم را افزایش داده و تاثیر مثبتی بر عدم جداشدگی، مقاومت فشاری و مقاومت الکتریکی بتن دارد.

بررسی روابط تحلیلی اثر محصورشدگی در طراحی ستونهای بتن مسلح
توانایی هسته بتن یک ستون بتن مسلح جهت مقاومت در برابر کرنشهای فشاری با فشار ناشی از محصورشدگی افزایش مییابد. به منظور تضمین ظرفیت تغییر شکل جانبی مناسب ستونهای بتن آرمه بایستی میلگردهای محصورکننده را با توجه به بار محوری افزایش داد. از طرفی مقاومت و انعطافپذیری هر ستون بتن مسلح از طریق بهبود محصورشدگی مناطق لولای پلاستیک ارتقاء مییابد. این بهبود تضمین پایداری لرزهای سازه در طول یک زلزله است. یکی از مهمترین ویژگیهای سازههای بتنی در مقابل نیروهای ناشی از زلزله رفتار شکلپذیر آنها است. یافتن مقادیری برای معیار شکلپذیری به دلیل پیچیدگیهای رفتار سازهها و مشخص نبودن صریح همه عوامل موثر بر آن، با مشکلات زیادی همراه است. آئیننامههای مختلف نیز معیارهای متفاوتی برای شکلپذیری بیان میکنند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه یک معیار محصورشدگی بر مبنای نیاز شکلپذیری است. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی آئیننامههای مختلف، روابطی برای طراحی آرماتورهای عرضی محصورکننده دو نوع ستون با مقطع دایرهای و مستطیلی در حالت شکلپذیری زیاد و متوسط استخراج شده است. جهت صحتسنجی روابط، مقادیر آرماتور طراحی ستونهای بتن آرمه با مقادیر به دست آمده از روابط مقررات ملی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج استفاده از روابط پیشنهادی نشان میدهد که مقادیر آرماتورهای طراحی مقاطع مورد بررسی در هر دو حالت، شکلپذیری کاهش یافته را در بر دارد
